Raising a concern

For a complaint about Nikos Xiros’s legal services or charges, email info@xiroslaw.gr with your name, contact details, any matter reference and a short summary. He will review it promptly, fairly and without charge, and respond in writing.

Concerns about his conduct as a Greek lawyer may be raised with the Athens Bar under the Greek Lawyers’ Code. The SRA Code of Conduct also applies to Nikos personally as a Registered Foreign Lawyer; concerns within its remit may be raised with the SRA. XIROS LAW itself is not SRA-authorised.

Any right to refer a service complaint to the Legal Ombudsman depends on the service and applicable rules. The relevant route and time limits will be explained in writing where they apply.
